Terms of Service
GUARDISTRY & CO. LLC, doing business as GD3 (“GD3”, “we”, “us”).
Effective date: August 24, 2026 · Version 1.0
1. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the use of www.gd3co.net and to debris and junk removal work we perform for you in the Las Vegas metropolitan area. By requesting a quote, texting or calling us, or having us perform work, you agree to them.
2. What we do
We remove construction debris, junk, and unwanted material from a site and haul it to a licensed transfer station or disposal facility.
What we do not do:
- We do not move household goods between addresses. Moving a customer’s belongings from one residence to another is a different regulated activity and is not a service we offer. If that is what you need, we will tell you so and decline the job.
- We do not perform demolition, asbestos or lead abatement, or hazardous-waste handling.
- We do not accept hazardous materials — see Section 5.
3. Quotes and pricing
- Quotes are based on volume and weight of material, access at the site, and what the material is. An estimate given before we see the load is exactly that: an estimate.
- Every quote is confirmed by GD3 before work begins. A price discussed by phone, text, chat, or through our website is not final until we confirm it.
- If what is actually on site differs materially from what was described, we will re-quote before starting, and you are free to decline at that point at no charge.
- Additional weight beyond the quoted band, and items requiring special handling or disposal, are charged in addition to the quoted amount. We will tell you before we charge them.
4. Scheduling and access
- We do not guarantee a specific arrival time. We give a callback or arrival window and we tell you if it changes. Nothing on our website, in a text message, or said on a call constitutes a guaranteed appointment slot.
- You are responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the material, including any gate codes, parking, elevator reservations, or permissions from a property owner, landlord, or HOA.
- If we arrive and cannot access the material, or the job has been cancelled without notice, we may charge for the trip.
5. Materials we cannot accept
We cannot take, and you must not present for removal: paint, solvents, fuels, oils, batteries, asbestos, chemicals, medical or biohazard waste, ammunition or explosives, or any material whose disposal is restricted by law.
Refrigerant-containing appliances (refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners) require certified refrigerant recovery and carry an additional charge. Tell us in advance if the load includes one.
If prohibited material is discovered mid-job, we will stop, leave that material, and complete the rest of the work.
6. Ownership and what leaves the site
You confirm that you own the material, or are authorised by the owner to have it removed. Removal is final — once material leaves the site we cannot retrieve it. Check the load before we go.
We are not responsible for items included in a load by mistake. If something must not be taken, separate it or mark it clearly before we begin.
7. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial accounts require a purchase order number before work begins. We do not collect card details through this website.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Nevada law, GD3’s total liability arising out of or relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or loss of use.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Text messaging
Text messages are governed by our Text Messaging Program terms, which describe how you opt in, what we send, message frequency, rates, and how to reply STOP or HELP. Consent to text messages is never a condition of getting a quote or having work done.
10. Calls and recording
Calls to our published number may be answered by an automated assistant. Nevada requires the consent of every party before a call is recorded, so the assistant asks first and waits for your answer before proceeding. How call information is handled is described in our Privacy Notice.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.
12. Changes
We may update these terms and will post the updated version at this address with a new effective date. The version in force when your job is booked is the version that applies to it.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts of Clark County, Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
