Dispatch Department

The desk that decides where the truck goes

Dispatch is not a phone that rings. It is the difference between a crew that clears four sites in a day and one that spends the morning queuing at the wrong transfer station. Here is how ours runs, what it can move today, and how drivers join it.

What The Dispatch Desk Actually Does

Four things, in this order. Everything else is downstream of getting these right.

Plans the day before it starts

Every job on the board has an address, an access note, a disposal destination and a realistic window before anyone turns a key. Most wasted hours in this trade are decided the night before, not on the road.

Sequences the route around the tip

A debris run is shaped by where the material can legally go and how long the scale queue is, not by which stop is nearest. We build the day around the transfer station, then fill the gaps.

Holds one honest window per stop

You get a window we intend to keep and a call if it moves. A dispatcher who promises every caller the same morning slot is how a crew ends up three hours late to a site with a locked gate.

Closes the job with a record

Weight tickets, photographs of the cleared area and the disposal destination are attached to the job, so a property manager can evidence where the material went without phoning to ask.

What We Dispatch Today

This is the work the board is carrying right now, in the Las Vegas valley, with the registrations and insurance we hold today. Nothing on this list is waiting on a filing.

Construction and demolition debris

Framing offcuts, drywall, tile, roofing, concrete, fixtures and site clearance. This is the core of the operation and the lane both the county and city codes expressly carve out for construction cleanup work.

Tenant turnover and make-ready clearing

Landlords, property managers and realtors clearing a unit against a deadline. Left-behind goods, abandoned material and remodel debris removed so the trade behind us can start on schedule.

Pallets, furniture and general freight

Palletised goods, fixtures, store fittings and bulky items moved between commercial sites. Our cargo classification with the federal registry is general freight and that is what the truck is set up to carry.

Scheduled local delivery runs

Recurring point-to-point work for a small number of businesses inside the valley. A standing run on a fixed schedule is worth more to a dispatcher than a spot job, and it is worth more to you as a fixed cost.

The Line We Do Not Cross

A lot of companies advertise dispatch to owner-operators in a way that quietly crosses into regulated territory. We would rather tell you where the line is than take your money and hope nobody checks.

We will not arrange your load with another carrier

Taking a fee to place someone else’s freight with a carrier is brokerage under federal regulation. It requires broker authority and a surety bond issued in your own name. We hold neither, so we do not do it, and nobody should offer to do it for you without showing you their authority.

A dispatch service is not the same as a broker

A legitimate dispatcher works for one carrier as part of its own organisation and exercises no discretion over which carrier gets the freight. The moment a company is choosing between carriers and taking a cut, it is brokering, whatever the invoice calls it.

What we do instead is hire

If you drive, or you own a truck and want steady work, the honest arrangement is that you run our work under our authority and insurance and get paid for it. That is a payroll or subcontract relationship, not a finder’s fee, and it is lawful today.

What Is Active And What Is Pending

Carriers and brokers can look all of this up, so there is no sense in being vague about it. Here is the position as it stands.

1

Our federal registration is active and the truck runs today on local and intrastate work.

2

Interstate for-hire operating authority is filed and accepted, and is waiting on one thing only: the insurer transmitting proof of financial responsibility to the federal registry.

3

Until that filing posts we do not accept interstate for-hire freight, and no load board will tender it to us anyway, because they verify authority before they release a load.

4

Nevada intrastate carriage of property for compensation is a separate written approval from the state, applied for on its own form and released once the insurer files the state equivalent.

Insured — certificate on request. Our federal registration number appears on the truck and on every document we send. If you are vetting us as a vendor, ask for the certificate and the registration number and check them before you schedule anything, with us or with anyone else.

Drivers And Owner-Operators

We are building the call list now so there is a crew to dispatch the week the work steps up. Three steps, and none of them cost you anything.

1

Create an account and file a "Drive or work with us" application. Tell us what you have run, what endorsements you hold and when you are actually free.

2

We talk about the work honestly: what is running now, what is waiting on the insurance filing, and what a week realistically looks like.

3

You go on the call list. When a run fits what you drive and when you are free, dispatch calls you first rather than posting it cold.

Common Questions

Will you find me loads if I have my own authority?

No, and be careful with anyone who says yes without showing you their broker authority. Arranging freight for another carrier in exchange for a fee is regulated brokerage. What we can do is hire you onto our own work, which is a different arrangement with different paperwork.

Can you take an interstate load today?

Not yet. The application is filed and accepted and the only outstanding item is the insurer transmitting the financial-responsibility filing. We would rather tell you that now than accept a load we cannot legally run.

What can you move right now?

Construction and demolition debris, site clearance, palletised goods, fixtures, furniture and scheduled local delivery inside the Las Vegas valley. Household moving is regulated by a separate state authority we do not hold, so we do not quote it.

Do you run recurring work or only one-off jobs?

Both, and recurring is the better arrangement for everyone. A standing weekly or fortnightly run lets us hold a slot for you and price it against a known route rather than against the worst case.

How do I reach the dispatch desk?

Calls are answered 24/7 on 877-313-8386. If it is about ongoing scheduled work rather than a single job, filing a vendor or subcontractor application gets it in front of the right person with the details already written down.

Put Something On The Board

Whether you have a site to clear, a standing run to place, or a truck and a licence and time on your hands, it starts the same way. Create an account, tell us which one you are, and dispatch picks it up.
