How the price is worked out
You pay by the space, not by the piece. The number follows how much of the truck bed your load actually fills and what the material is, because that is what decides how it has to be handled and where it goes. One sofa can take more room than a garage of flattened boxes — which is why we ask what it is rather than how many items.
- A firm number before we roll. You hear the price on the call, not after the work.
- No hourly clock. The price does not climb because the crew took longer.
- No charge for the estimate, and no obligation to book after you hear it.
Furniture Removal
Couches, tables, bed frames, mattresses, dressers, desks, bookshelves, entertainment centers — we take it all. We pick up each piece right where it sits, handle the heavy lifting, load everything up, and haul it away so you never have to drag anything to the curb.
Appliance Removal
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, water heaters, window AC units — we remove them all. If an appliance needs to be disconnected from a basic hookup, we handle that too. Every unit is disposed of properly.
Yard Waste Removal
Branches, leaves, grass clippings, dirt, rocks, and general landscaping debris — if it's cluttering your yard, we clear it out and haul it away.
Full Cleanouts
Entire rooms, garages, attics, or a whole home — cleared in a single visit. Whether you're reclaiming a space or managing a property turnover, we handle the full scope so you don't have to make dozens of dump runs.
What we don't do
Worth knowing before you spend a phone call.
- We're not a moving company. Everything we pick up goes to a transfer station or a recycling facility — we don't move your things to another address. If it's going to the dump, that we can price.
- We work the Las Vegas valley. Outside roughly a 20-mile radius we'll tell you straight away rather than take the job and disappoint you.
- Commercial and multi-property work gets a person, not an instant number. Recurring accounts and facilities have too many variables to price off a short description, so John handles those himself.
- Not sure about a particular item? Ask on the call. It's a short question and it beats guessing.
